SWIMMING POOLS


Two swimming pools are located at the entrance of Senator's Ridge, just behind the clubhouse. We have a family pool with slide and a lap pool.

Schedule

Open from Memorial Day weekend thru Mid-September.

Hours: 9am to 10pm.

Pool Rules

  1. In case of EMERGENCY, DIAL 911.
  2. No life guard - swim at your own risk.
  3. No one under 16 years old allowed without adult supervision.
  4. No solo swimming.
  5. Rest period (10 minutes) every hour on the hour for everyone under the age of 16.
  6. No running, pushing, dunking, fence climbing, or horseplay.
  7. Please keep pool and bathroom shower areas clean.
  8. Shower before entering the pool.
  9. No playing with life saving devices.
  10. No cut offs allowed in the pool.
  11. The pool is for Residents in good standing and their guests only; ID required.
  12. Sun bathing allowed in pool area only.
  13. No tire inner tubes allowed.
  14. No glass containers of any kind in the pool area.
  15. Please remove from the pool area all food after you are done.
  16. No diving.
  17. No one under the age of 18 permitted in the adult pool at any time.
  18. When swimming with non-toilet trained children, use swim diapers and covers.
  19. No Grills or cooking of any kind in the pool area.
  20. Hours: Sunday thru Thursday from 9am to 10pm. Friday and Saturday from 9am to 11pm.
  21. The Pool must be closed for 24 hours after contamination. This is a board of health law. We have no choice in the matter.

Pool Parties

If a homeowner has 15 or more guest attending a party that are not residents, then that party needs to make a reservation through the . The party will be required to hire a lifeguard, which will be coordinated through the Pool Chairman.

Eating and Drinking at the Pool

Residents are permitted to bring food and drinks with them to the pool. However, we ask that food and drinks not be consumed in the pool or near the water. Please keep food and drinks contained to the areas around the chairs and tables along the perimeter of the fence. Also, when you leave, please check your area and dispose of all trash and leftovers. A garbage can is located in the pool area for your convenience.

Smoking at the Pool

Residents that are at least 18 years old are permitted to smoke at the "lap" pool but not at the family pool. We ask that smoking not be done in the pool or near the water. Please keep smoking contained to the areas around the chairs and tables along the perimeter of the fence. Receptacles are placed just outside the gates of both pools.
