COMMUNITY MESSENGER
Community Messenger is the easiest and fastest way to send out email messages to all residents in our neighborhood and to receive community news.
Sending a Message
To send out a message, log-in to your homeowner’s account. In section Community Messenger, click Send a Message to Neighborhood. An on-line form appears. Select part of the neighborhood to distribute the message to, category of the message, and type in subject and your text. The text can also be pasted and copied via clipboard. You can add up to three attachments JPG, DOC, DOCX, or PDF.
Your message will be delivered to our Community Messenger Supervisor who will send it out to neighborhood.
Receiving Messages
Messages are delivered automatically to your email address that you registered with your homeowner’s account. If you need to change the address, please contact our webmaster.
Additional E-mail Addresses
If you want to receive community messages to multiple e-mail addresses in your household, you can subscribe up to five additional addresses. Go to your homeowner’s account and click to Add another email. A verification message will be sent to the additional address. You need to click the link in the message in order to verify the additional email address.
Message Categories
If you prefer not to receive messages of certain categories, log-in to your homeowner’s account, and click edit next to each address subscribed for community communication to uncheck non-preferred categories. Messages can be categorized as follows: Messages from the Advisory Board, Neighborhood Watch information, Lost/found pets, Neighbors sell their stuff, Requests for recommendations, Neighbors offer their services, and Others.
Rules
Community Messenger should be used only for matters concerning our neighborhood, such as messages and news from the Board or Committee members, messages regarding neighborhood events, parties, lost pets, garage sales, etc.
Commercial messages, messages not related to our neighborhood, political matters, etc. will not be distributed.
