The Community Directory is published quarterly by Senator's Ridge Homeowners Association, and is available as a PDF file for residents only.
Updates
All updates of homeowner listings are automated through homeowner's accounts on this website. Your update will be included in the next quarterly issue. The cut off dates for future isssues are January 15th, April 15th, July 15th and October 15th.
If you want to opt out, just sign in to your homeowner's account and uncheck item "Yes, I want to be included in the directory". Your listing will be removed from the next issue.
How To Get The Directory
Go to your account and click Download Directory.
To be able to download the directory, you need to update your listing first. Even if the original listing is valid, click edit and save your data. Updating is required only once. All subsequent issues will be automatically accessible.
The directory is not available to those who do not participate in it.
What Is Inside
The directory contains 4 sections: homes by street address, neighbors by last name, business directory, and local services directory. The business directory lists business services provided by neighbors (babysitting, tutoring, home repairs, etc.)
