The clubhouse is located at the entrance of Senator's Ridge.

Useful Information
There are 5 long tables and 10 folding chairs available. In addition, the clubhouse is furnished with 2 "formal" dining tables with 4 chairs on each, 6 arm chairs, and a sofa. There is a large open/empty room to set up the tables and chairs and a smaller room to set up the food, or you can do both in the large room depending on how many will be attending.
Recommended items: Disposable or linen table cloths (the long tables are not very attractive by themselves); disposable plates/utensils; paper towels; toilet paper; large (30 gal) trash bags. These items are not furnished by the Homeowner Association. There is a kitchen equipped with 2 microwaves, sink, and a refrigerator.

Rates to reserve the clubhouse
Deposit - $100.00
Cleaning fee - $125.00
Any community events that are open to the entire community and approved by the Advisory Board will have complimentary use of the clubhouse.
